The recipes cover anything from bread to dessert to all meals and all kinds of protein, including vegan and vegetarian dishes. The recipes are easy to follow, but the book does not contain a lot of images. So if you are looking for a book with images to guide you step by step, this book is not right for you. But if you know your basic techniques and can follow recipes without a lot of pictures, then this book is perfect for you because of the comprehensive nature in which it presents Dutch oven recipes.
